How to find Hidden Capitols?

I love them when I have them, hate them when I don’t. I think make them findable by higher level wizards. A P7+ should be able to find with an eagle eyes spell for example. Or an advanced recon by a L14+ agent. That way you can recon four squares a turn for hidden capital when you have reached apex of agent or wizard power for most kingdoms.

I like hidden capitols just like they are. Dedicated players will make an effort to find their opponent's hidden capitol and launch a surprise attack; and those that aren't dedicated (or lucky) shouldn't be rewarded with the work being done for them by making it suddenly visible after X turns.
