I don't see why this shouldn't be Full-On (full diplomacy).  If you ever need to trade, it will be in Ice Age format.  Someone should win with Halflings.  Obviously, sea power with frozen seas knocks out a few, judge for yourself.  Also, the other side of frozen seas - military in the middle works. 

Let's get this going and then again I ask, do not start threads for variants when we have this size player base.  I don't like players waiting in the queue.
