Hey don't forget me Smile

That just leaves 5 more to go for this non-wizard, haven't-played-a-kingdom game!

For someone who's new to the game, Chivalry is an extra 25,000 gold bonus to your kingdom when a game begins. It's for non-podium players who haven't placed in 1st, 2nd, or 3rd in a game and is meant to grant new players an edge when competing against more experienced players.

If both Maximum Dominus and Momica join this game, I think that would be the most new players in a game that we had in a while. If another new player comes along and wishes to join this game, I can drop out for him/her to take over without a problem. For newbies, this game won't have any of the powerful wizard kingdoms which tend to dominate the latter stages of the game so this should be easier to play.

Pick from the following:
Region 1: Elves or Druid
Region 2: Cimmerians or Necromancer
Region 3: Dwarves or Warlock
Region 4: Amazons or Sorcerer
Region 5: Black Dragons or Sacred Order
Region 6: Demon Princes or Atlantians
Region 7: Halfling or Gnome
Region 8: Illusionist or Ranger
Region 9: Dark Elves or Lizard Men
Region 10: Ancient Ones or Nomad
Dispersed 1: Pirates or Underworld
Dispersed 2: Red Dragon or Tyrant

The easiest to play are the corner regions of the map (1,3,7,10). The most difficult is region 5 which is the center and may be attacked from all sides. The dispersed kingdoms are difficult as well since their initial positions are spread out over the map.

Also seasonal effects come into play for the northern regions fairly quickly (which means that you may not be able to expand your military that greatly early on or they may starve [receive morale/attrition penalties]). Regions 1-6 experience winter on turns 5-7 and Regions 7-10 experience summer on turns 11-13. Seasonal effects are 25% food production and 50% gold production.

Shouldn't the Druid be crossed out as well?

There are still spots open.  I don't expect Maximus to join. Momica has registered but signed up for the Anonymous game presently.

If the 5 chivalry players want to start a game right away, they could be in a 5-player Primeval game by themselves if they wish. Just a thought...
