The borders for the Resurgent map hasn't changed but I noticed that the map that you provided doesn't have the official version. One area in particular, LO, is in region 5 not 8. That area has been in region 5 going way back to the Clipper version of the game and has never changed. I'll send Lord Diamond the XML file that the game engine references in case he wishes to verify the borders for the entire map...

Cool, I'll fix it. I was using an email Rick sent me a while back. I don't know if the list was wrong or if I made a mistake. I will use Mike's file to validate all the areas and update the map borders.

I validated the file from Mike and 'LO' was the only area that was listed as being in the wrong region. I have updated the attached map.
This one doesn't have the ugly changes to 'DV' that I attempted last night, but does show the deserts where they are supposed to be. Lord Diamond

LO was one of the variances I saw for sure. Let me try to dig up anything else I may have found.

In looking at the PDF and PPT versions of the map posted on Alamaze.co, it seems there is a difference in DS and ES. The PPT indicates this desert, whereas the PDF version indicates plains. Can someone confirm what is there?

PPT is correct, those two squares are Desert.

Hi, new to the site. I played Alamaze back when it was cycle of steel but this is best pbem game around. A question. What is the Storm Phase listed by kingdom brigade references?
