GN-WA
Red Mage,
We thank you for coming to terms with us.
As the Dwarves intimated, I have a group in the southeastern part of the Northern Mists, and so I threaten the villages at DS, EU, GS, the town at GV, and the city at CU. Coincidentally, those are also the population centers within closest range of my available emissaries, at least until I can re-stage some additional ones.
For this upcoming month, you can rest assured that my actions will be confined to the listed population centers. I may or may not opt to go invisible for some of my actions, a tactic which I don't doubt that you will also consider.
My recon data outside of those pop centers is at least several months stale, but if you still want it, I can send it to you.
Finally, I would prefer the Wards -- and I agree not to request any this month -- but if you really prefer to send cash instead, I would suggest something like 10,000 gold per spell waived, as the spells really are more valuable to me at this stage in the struggle, especially in the midst of war.
I also reiterate my general offer of casting Conjure Prestige for 20,000 gold per spell, if that interests you.
Whether for the Ward buyouts or one or more Conjure Prestige attempts, in the interests of greater efficiency, you could certainly pay me the month following your Ally declaration.
Best,

Big Chief,
What are your intentions now if you are leaving Torvale uncontested? Both the WA and GN have army groups in the Mists, though I suspect one or both may make a foray into the Mountains.
DW-WA
Red Mage,
I'm saddened you yielded to the Gnome's demands, he was very unlikely to harm you in any way. I think you need your wizards far more than he needs those wards. Score one for the Gnome's diplomatic abilities.

Red Mage,
With your group being so close to mine, I don't want to hog all of the nearby targets. So if you want to settle on one (or two), I will defer to your selections.
Perhaps we can use a creative common point of reference, have to run right now, but if you can think of something, I'm all ears.

If I were to send a Mage to one of your PCs and for the next 10 turn raise gold production by 2500 would you consider that I am off limits from these attempts? It would not add to my totals. I really would rather continue to have my agents go to your training classes rather than be targets. Just this last turn I spend 8 orders guarding my assets. That could be 4000 more gold for you and less risk to your agents.
(UN->AN)
So you are offering to increase my monthly production of gold by 25,000 over the next ten months in exchange for my declining any contracts on your assets. That...really adds up to a lot of gold. On the other hand, it also would make that town or village a juicy target for others and 25,000 gold per month isn't worth much to me if it's going into someone else's coffers.
Perhaps we could arrange a swap of towns or villages as part of this deal? A town or village on the sea is much less vulnerable to attack, so if you have one available that you are willing to swap, then I would have one I feel I could feel confident in retaining.

I completely missed this until I was going back through these message to record the information. I do have such a place. It has it's own special kind of defense as well. It would require me to work a deal with the GN because I would need to give up a town in Torvale and that would mean I would also require a different town from the GN to be able to gain control.
AN - GN
Is there a way I could get another town or perhaps give one of your mystery towns to the UN? I figure a mystery town could fall under our double protection. In a deal that would keep me from being part of his hit list? I really have few PCs to offer but I do have some Wards or other special ancient spells. Also I have access to a couple AIDS agents that you know can come in very handy

If there are any lords willing to cast conjure influence spells I'd pay 20k per attempt, which I think is a reasonable price established by the Gnome

Master of Shadows,
If you would take a large payment in gold that would supersede any bounties or actions against my kingdom for any specified period of time, name your price and I'll consider paying the price. I've seen the caliber of your agents in the field and fear them as all lords should.

Our Friends,
We have decided to come visit you at this time.
The DW is confirmed Hostile in Torvale.
A few of my low ranking emissaries have been kidnapped. Likely the UN paying the TR bounty.

GN-AN
Wise Friends,
The former Trollish capital has been burned up by the Witchlord, and now has reverted to the previous location in Torvale. The passing of Big Chief No Fart will be remembered by us... even though he was our enemy, he was a colorful character who made life more interesting.
In his place, formerly Duke (now Regent) Iplon Greenscales has inherited the Troll chiefdom. I'm sure the loss of influence will be telling, and I heartily congratulate my Ranger friends for the healthy increase to his influence as an indirect result of our war on his natural enemy.
Troll groups have now suffered three straight months of Cold Darkness while being denied the ability to attack our allied population centers, and that on top of the lack of resources he must be facing.
In terms of reaction levels in Runnimede, the only arguable causes of concern are below:
The Darkelven kingdom is Friendly in Runnimede.
The Dwarven kingdom is Suspicious in Runnimede.
If the Dark Elves align their non-aggression pact with me to four months of notice, to match the Rangers, then I would no longer be concerned about their reaction level, but given that they start Suspicious, it is noteworthy that such a concerted effort has been made.
It is good to hear that the Dwarves are Hostile in Torvale, although I have an extremely strong suspicion that he may enamor twice or thrice this upcoming month, given the loan of the Staff of the Orator.
In terms of the additional town in Torvale so we can possibly negotiate with the Underworld for permanent protection (which I will also help with in terms of devoting resources, if we can make a joint deal), is there any way you can move on the old/new Troll capital? I was set up to do it the month prior, but it will be challenging for me to do it at the present moment.

I can be at his capital in a couple months. But need to work out details with the UN. I think this TR capital has a good starting base of defense and gold to add some magical remodeling and it could make an excellent monument for the UN to hide his trophies he collects with potentially all three of our navies guarding the waters who would dare pass. To make up for lost time once my military is there I can accelerate the time scale of bringing it up to monument status and the UN could choose say which spells Defense or Gold are cast upon it.
AN - UN/GN
We would propose you allow the GN and I prepare the town for your fortress and give us both exclusive protection from your hit lists and we would provide you with this town that starting base of a former capital and 15 casting of 601/603 of your choosing. Bottle nose for your part in this of giving up such a valued piece of property I will cover your 5 spells extra spells and claim the property from its unrightful owner, plus we would both declare the UN ally and patrol the seas for added protection of his and our assets.
Is this something both of you can agree to?

Hail Gnome King,
With such a long peace, there was little else for the Crown to do, but to spread good will. You will find that the Onyx Imperium is beloved in most regions. We still await the response from our brother the Ranger.
Regards,
Roris Rex
