Looks good. The only thing I noticed is that the DA seem to have gotten a bump up vs PCs from before. If so then good for them.

I have a question about the DA, on their 10% Diplomatic increase, does that mean that each position is basically a rank higher, i.e., A Baron would work of the Count's table? Or is it just a bounus to the roll?

Thanks,
Greyhawk

The emissary is 10% stronger.  (Emissary Value x King's Influence x 110%)

This does not mean that a DA Baron is exactly as strong as a Count from another race, but it is close.

Example:
DA Baron = .5 x 10 x 1.1 = 5.5
DE Count = .6 x 10 = 6

If you are using the Player Aid Tool, this 10% is factored in for you.

Hmmm, I always thought it essentially ranked a step higher. i never looked at it that way at all, but it does make sense.

Please do not take any of my comments as a personal insult or as a criticism of the game 'Alamaze', which I very much enjoy. Rather, I hope that my personal insight and unique perspective may, in some way, help make 'Alamaze' more fun, a more successful financial venture, or simply more sustainable as a long-term project.
