The High Elves of the Golden Woods
#11
Perhaps I'm playing the position that finished off the EL so quickly?
But, yeah, crazy to quit so early. I'm now thinking I'd like to play the EL in a solo game as well. But some of my games have to end, I'm in too many at the moment.

So, what you're saying is that it's a pattern?

I also want to play this kingdom at some point. I never drop, even when I really want to, so I should last long enough to see what's up.

Please do not take any of my comments as a personal insult or as a criticism of the game 'Alamaze', which I very much enjoy. Rather, I hope that my personal insight and unique perspective may, in some way, help make 'Alamaze' more fun, a more successful financial venture, or simply more sustainable as a long-term project. So for just $46 you can buy the rules? Now I know what they mean when they say the people around here don't know what they're doing. I would especially fear the Wind Demons. Nasty.

No Elves? That's like no Dallas Cowboys, no New York Yankees, no Manchester United. You love 'em or you hate 'em, you don't feel indifferent.

And that's from back in the 1980's to boot - I'm sure that game's not around today. I used to remember seeing that add in Dragon Magazine and I googled it when this conversation brought it to mind.

Nobody loves Manchester United. Nobody. Not even Rooney.

Looks like Elves are doing pretty well but the Gnomes need the Holy Hand Grenade and the UN needs Ruler Eliminator...

I dunno, I hear the UN has done pretty well since that last posting, and that the Gnomes are slotted to win game 130 by a landslide.

Also keep in mind that the elves seem to have slipped since the unveiling of the resurgent map. I'm not sure if the two are connected or not, but you never know.

This is a bit of the problem, people look at the past and apply statistics to it. I'm looking at current trends and a new resurgence map that this chart doesn't take into account.

This Kingdom needs a bit of help.

I didn't really consider the new map. I assume the TR has become more of an issue for the EL as Torvale shrank. I haven't played a full resurgent game yet.
