(DW) Well, after facing a three one one invasion back in turn 9, I have battled back to re-take my region. While the RA, SO, and BL have remained active, chasing me around, they clearly couldn't give it their full attention as affairs at home may have distracted them. I lost several capitals, was booted from the HC and had my influence sink down to 8 and was Suspicious in the Talking Mountains. But I was fortunate in that I had raised up a number of emmys before the attack and had a stable of Dukes and Princes, so even with the low influence, I was capable of doing things. I also got a nameless kingdom to give me a small monthly gift - it was only 9k a turn, but this made a huge difference in being able to pay my troops and keep their spirits up.
The battle continues - all three of the enemy kingdoms made moves in the mountains this turn - it's possible I might even be knocked out of control again. But you can rest assured that the mighty Dwarves will come back - we simply do not quit!

This is our oldest running game, now on turn #23 on Resurgent. All of the Classic map games have been over for some time now, with #118, the Championship, being the last of those.
This one, #124 has seven regions controlled by seven different kingdoms at this point. Seems like a good one.

(WI) We're just merrily running around region 6 playing hide and seek with the big Darkelf army. When he'll realize he can just intercept me I'll have to change tactics. Until then, The quest to see just how many times I can recruit continues!

The poor people of Cavernous were viciously murdered by the minions of the Giant Chieftain. We demand that a tribunal be assembled to bring the Giants to account for these war crimes! While Giant oppression is known far and wide, they have crossed the line with their murderous zeal. This mad dog must be put down before more citizens of Alamaze are made to suffer.
(BL) I'm playing whack a mole in the Sands with the UN and Gnome. They take pop centers with emmy's, I bash them with Dragons. The UN has a list of prisoners about 40 deep in this game- he's been more successful than I have in 128. Still unsure who is on the path to winning this game, just all out war all across the board.
(BL) Well played DuPont on getting your region back.

(DW) And the longest current game being played goes on. The TR tried to sneak out a win, despite having only one region under his control (#1) but, alas, he wound up with egg on his face instead. Such a bold move is likely to to get him some extra attention from those who would like to see the game keep going, no doubt. Not from me, though. While I have seen no sign of the BL in the last couple of turns, the SO is having a big orgy with all his wizards outside my capital of Hammerhold. He's got almost no troop, though - not sure if the plan it to try and recruit a bunch of wights or just otherwise be a nuisance by casting regional effect spells. The RA still has at least some of his people up there, too.

My turn report didn't include the description of our battle, WI.
Did anything exciting happen?
