My only suggestion is eliminating territory option D, as it seems too easy compared to the rest. Everything else sounds great!

I like the idea of tying conditions to your natural enemy. In my opinion, the current system actually discourages natural enemies from fighting on another. This should be addressed.

I hate the idea of tying conditions to your natural enemy. Case in point game 122. The EL got knock out early, the DA won on turn 11.
I did learn one thing from my "mentor".
