I acquired a brand new nifty Palantir but not the instructions for use. Does anyone know if this is listed anywhere in the rules? Instructions for use did not come with my turn.

Thanks. Is there a place I could have learned that on my own do you know or is that a hole that needs plugging for new players?

You can use a power 1 wizard to learn artifact power. Or ask on the forum and use him for better things.

I'm going to say NO
I played when it cost .22 cents to mail my turn to NC.
Avid forum reader, I have read it all.
