Military Orders
#1
It used to cost an order to simply transfer a leader from one group to another, I'm glad to see that at some point, that changed.

I propose a bit more of the same, with regard to groups.  With some kingdoms having 5 groups, and particularly when you focus on using all 5, orders can become short very quickly.

For instance with 5 active groups in a single turn you can have 5 attack orders, 5 move orders, 10 wizard orders, 10 recruit orders... wait that's already 30... you get the picture.  Heaven forbid you want to regenerate, double feed, double pay, or perhaps reorganize troops.  Some of these orders should be free, I think.  At the very least, double feeding and double paying with the single order shouldn't cost you 2 moral points, it should give the full 9 moral instead of 7.

You could set it up so each group is given 1 order that consists of all these activities.

For instance, 1RA, your orders are to attack that PC you are currently at, regenerate, train recruits, recruit twice, double feed, then move over to XYZ. = 1 order (maybe two orders).  Wizards orders can still cost an order.

As it is, there are practically no orders at all to develop other aspects of your kingdom.  I think the rate-limiting factor to group activity should be more food and gold related, not so much orders.  I almost always see people playing the game with a single big group, maybe one other.  I seldom see people taking advantage of their 5 groups, despite the fact that people generally say they like to have 5, this could help with that.

You could add heal to the list.  I often would like to heal the high value brigades but lack the orders.
