How does battle attrition get allocated?
#1
I just had a battle where my army took 14% damages with 4 different types of units. I had a healing action, then divided the group.

2 types of units had 0% attrition after that sequence, 1 had 5.9% and 1 had 25%. I don't understand that.

Aren't damages allocated equally to each unit, e.g. 14% each, then subtract healing from each?

No units were eliminated in the battle,

Thanks. Stay well everyone, except in battle

Losses are assigned based on the toughness (loss divider) of each brigade.  In a force with two brigades, one green with a loss divider of 1.0, and another elite with a loss divider of 2.0, two thirds of the losses suffered would be assigned to the green brigade.
