Attrition

Having Veteran units changes how you might want to manage attrition. I have a small unit (3 brigades) that after attacking a couple of villages has nothing but veteran units. Two of those units have attrition of 30%. I can attack another village, but I absolutely don't want to have the rebalance algorithm kick in and eliminate one of those veteran brigades.

When will the attrition level trigger a rebalance? Can you put that in the Rules under the attrition section?

For extra info, can you put some info in there about how the eliminated units are selected?
