The game (First Confederations) was successfully created.  You should have Setup, Turn 0, and initial map available both in email and online.  Remember you have to log in again to gain access to a new game.

Editor note: I did not see an option to award the Chivalry bonus in the manual game creation utility, so no one has Chivalry in this one unless the system added it on its own.
