Unless I am misunderstanding something:
For draft order I think if one teammate picks first the other picks 7th...1st and 12th I think would be an advantage.

Seems like it is no advantage for a team to pick 1/12/13/24. They get the first region, but are then stuck with whatever region is left over at the end and it may not be touching the first region. Not sure this is any better than 1/7/17/24. 

Second, why would we have NAPs? Are we encouraging two teams to work together? I expected the forum chatter to mostly be taunting.

All fine with me if other mentors agree.    Was actually just trying to limit the team up as if open ended they likely will.   

1/12/13/24. Style is also fine.  Just need to clarify the 12th pick also gets the 13th pick for completing that players region/kingdom combo.
