Are the Umpa Lumpas a playable Kingdom? Which region would I find them in? :-)

As much as I would enjoy jumping into another game because it is so much fun, I am finding that two games seems to be a good fit for me. I am currently in a 3rd Cycle game mid 20's turn, and just started my first Maelstrom game. I wish you all a good game, and BREKK, you may be new, but I hope you give these guys hell. That dual was a blast!!!!
