Do spells that change reactions count for the Regional Reactions announcements?

Curious about the results of a spell and wondering if anyone has a thought here?
Summon Death says it kills about 2-4 brigades and I have seen it do that every time (more or less depending on strength of enemy troops).
But I cast it on the SO a turn or so ago and it only killed 1 brigade of Westmen.
Thoughts?

Undead troops are unaffected by the spell, maybe only living troops were westmen?

PT has it right. Even phantoms are now uneffected as undead now.
Would be curious if wights are affected because they are not effected by the kill undead. Makes them special I guess

Thanks all. I went back and looked at the previous turn. Westmen were the only "living" troops.

OK who drugged my representative and had him raise an issue to denigrate the GN in Torvale?

different amount of brigades killed per kingdom, Per traits, and strength. Also those with death magic resistance get a saving throw vs death, if they make it no losses.. that’s my understanding of the spell.
