Please someone clarify this: Winter season is always present throughout the entire game (the entire map experiences winter)
So no changes in production in PCs. What I get is 1/4 food and 1/2 gold no matter which region. Meaning its always winter for Nomad in the south or north? Only advantage is for kingdoms that have them during winter? And they get them all the time, no matter which region
