I would suggest 20 turns of peace between our lands. I would also be willing to form a formal central alliance between our two peoples for that time period and then we would have no naval issues whatsoever.

Excellent! I have a village in Synisvania. I would be interested in ceding it to you in return for a sea/coastal village in Synisvania so that I might establish shipping lanes there.
