EL, you did good catching up after your errors. I didn't make any and just now got my second region too. (funny how in some games, the last 8 squares you recon are where all of the relevant pc's are to get the region.)

Was looking back over the comments in this game thread, one of my games had a non-aggression up to turn 10, and I wasn't sure which one it was. I thought it might have been, but I don't see where we agreed to anything like this, unless I skipped right past it. Correct me if I'm wrong.

I asked that question earlier and nobody responded. I am proceeding as though we have "peace" until we enter our orders for Turn 10. Although I also view that as only military but you could still enamor,denigrate, sleep, kidnap, take PCs in your designated regions, vote against on HC etc...

Reminder: ESO can be claimed on turn 10.

Question for JD (or anyone else)- On the HC proposals it said the EL and GN tied on the bid and the EL went through. Is that random or based on influence or some other function?

Going to go with no military action until turn 10 and the rest....well, we'll see.

Already have my Greater ESO requirements as of next turn.

As for your HC issue, that's the first time I've ever seen that readout.

That HC thing was new to me as well. In the past no issue was raised when that happened. I Would guess fully random like other commands that happen at the same time.

Same thing for me.  The first 33 squares I explored in R8 I had found like 2 villages then I found more than I needed.

Hmm. The Gnome voted with me on the Council. Is this a trap? Am I now beholden to vote for his issue so he can come and kidnap our Elf Babies and use them in strange Gnomish rituals?

I shall need to ponder this.

Or is it an exposure of an alliance? I might have to explore the other cardinal points, aside from north.

In the interest of open relations I shall return the YES vote. Yet know that this cancels our debts and we shall need to evaluate each vote individually to see what is in the best interests of Alamaze (which is obviously what is in the best interests of the Elven nation)
