Can we switch this to a mentor team game? Where at least one person on your team needs to be no podium or new? If ok will start a different tread so it is more obvious. I think still fine to use the listed teams but make it anon so the new player is not identified.
I have had a couple new players ask about this. Also I think the team game is the best mentor format

Fine with me. How would it work though? First 4 podium are the captains and they draft the newer players or come with pre-made teams?
Definitely agree that team games are by far the best way to learn the game.

I will captain a team, if Netstrider, JonDoe, Ohman, or others want to volunteer as captains, then the new and non podium can pic a team to join.
