Declaring 'ally' outside of your two kingdoms is disallowed, correct?
Also, while we've stated all HC issues must be raised as silent are players disallowed from raising HC issue that propose raising influence of another kingdom outside their own two kingdoms?

Those both seem fine to me. I think maybe better to email all the player in the game. Not everyone reads the forum every day

I'm a bit confused on the status of this game (Confederation Game 528). I thought standard silent Confederation rules were that you could NOT ally with anyone outside of your own team and certainly not send gifts to other teams. This seems in keeping with "every team for itself" which is the point of the HC Motions being required to be secret. And yet we have a team allying with another team and sending them gifts. This seems to me to in complete opposition to standard Confederation rules. If that's not the case, then I certainly would have played this game differently and certainly don't understand why HC Motions need to be secret if you can sling around alliances and gifts freely.
The DA-SA team has allied itself with the AN-IL team and DA sent the AN Gold this turn.
