So I can do a bid to lower the RR of someone my teammates are fighting but I cannot raise their influence?

I think fair to post common knowledge. So others will figure out the teams at the same time we do but no anon type knowledge is given away.
I would be happy to send HH a copy of one of my turns to get the info out. Or can post it after each turn if everyone is ok with that. The first 5-7 turns anyway are usually pretty interesting to see things develope on the team fronts.

I would prefer Anon. If it is diplomacy, we are taking out that scary Team Green right away. You can't let those monsters build up!

Definitely wouldn't be Diplomacy, Anon or Silent would be the options.

I think my preference is silent, as that seems more alliance oriented. We are joining as alliances, so it seems alliances should be known. Captains do the draft, assign the kingdoms they get to their allies, and then it is announced on turn 0 who has what. That may display as full diplomacy on turn 0, but we will know it is silent.
This is somewhat involved, but interesting to get started. I suggest the captains get their draft preferences and initially conversations in with their players by noon Saturday, and then do the draft at say noon Sunday, or work out any schedule conflicts ahead of time. I just don't want people hanging out for hours to learn a draft pick.
