you want to give one side both middle regions?
If you are going to do E vs W I think you need to split up the double city regions personally.

Not for doubling up regions. I thought the idea was everyone get there own region. Would rather draft myself

In warlords 42 a team has declared and failed the last two turn hopefully that game ends soon and maybe we can get some volunteers. 196 is also going on T20 in an SVC game so there could be a rush of freed up bodies.
