I've used the Consul sleep and enamor, these orders are under the political tab. Where do I find the Consuls priestess ability's.
Until I fix the "shared" order number problem where orders 350,351,385 may be accidently deleted between the Political and Covert pages, a consul won't be able to be issued any priestess actions for essentially the same reason. So this area is on my list of things to do but I just haven't gotten to it yet.

looking over my losses. here are some numbers. sorry still seems unfair that I am loosing 5%+ yet i have no chance to gain promotion. So my group is effectively being boodied by "the complex formula" yet all I see is troops being lost.
turn..%loss..brigades lost...attrition gained
T2....8%.........0/5.................8%........got bloodied but attacking a village death does not matter
T6....0%.........0/18...............2%........the complex formula gave me 2% more loss
T8....1%.........1/19...............0%........Real loss to group 5.2% still no chance
T9....2%.........1/20...............0%........Real loss 5%
T10...1%.........1/21...............0%........Real loss 4.7%
T11..0%/1%....1/22..............4-5%......two battles 1% total = 9%+ lost suffered
Why do I keep loosing troops, Why do I loose more than 5% yet have no chance of promotion. I do not care about complex equations I care that what I am reading as results, do not match actual results.
so this turn I am actually splitting my group to attack a town to get high losses. gee that sounds like a great tactic my whole army will be at the same square but split up so only part will attack.

Weird glitch. First, slight background from last turn.
Last turn, on Turn 10 I investigated an Excellent quality Unusual Encounter. I was fortunate enough to prevail. The encounter reward was a Marshal.
However, since I had 3 leaders, the Marshal did not appear in my group. Ok so far. This left me with a couple of questions. Was the encounter still there or had it been cleared by my successful attempt? Were the guardians still there, or were they now dead?
So, this turn I looked at the square and learned that the encounter was still there (I did change the naming of the square to XX so nosy neighbors don't go to the site). According to the turn report, the Marshal is an artifact owned by the 1st DE at the square, but my group does not have it. Anyway, I am heading back there this turn with a group with fewer than 3 leaders to get the Marshal.
I am guessing there is a bug that misidentifies the Marshal as in my group since I succeeded at the encounter.
Area Possessor Full Name Short Name
XX 1st Demon Princes Marshal Cora Draco #####
*** Encounters: ***
Area Description
XX Something of interest was discovered that requires further investigation.
Additional intelligence for your eyes only:
Entity Result
Oomph tediously inscribed his findings to parchment and
advised that the initial expense and time was well spent;
that within the area of XX something worthy of the
military's exploration awaits. This encounter is of
Excellent difficulty.
This actually does need a programming fix. See above. If you look at the unusual encounter square, it will identify the encounter and the reward and indicate that the Marshal is in possession of the 1DE (which it is not).

It's fixed for future games. I also tested to see if it resolves correctly with your next turn or two. Had to simulate the following turn with you doing 140 and it looks ok (with you gaining the marshal since there's now room in your group). Also tested new group with full leaders and no longer an issue.

I've already mentioned a while ago that your group is way too big to qualify for brigade advancement. Please read my post because your battles are not lasting long enough to qualify for advancement (read #4 of http://kingdomsofarcania.net/forum/showt...0#pid34050).

T9 was a city. They were 3:1. Guess my valor and troop abilities put me over the top but I would guess not being officially bloody enough did it as well.
I guess it is just a game so will live with bogus requirements and incorrect output result. I will stick to wizard and political kingdoms until enough complaints pile up for things to be offset.

UM, JF clearly understands the mechanic, he (and others, including me) simply disagree with the reasoning and need for it.

According to my administrative log file, that city battle inflicted:
Percent in Losses (includes withdraw damage):
1SA: 2.2220087%
So your group failed the 5% bloodied requirement so no chance of brigade advancement. As I've said a few times now, your group is too big to qualify for troop advancement. Reduce its size and you'll see your brigades advance in level or don't and continue to complain about it...

I got no attrition taken away so that means it really equals 5%. So yes will continue to complain
