Do we know if ESO can be claimed on any turn between 10-15 in this game or only on T10 or T15?

Yes, the order can be used on any of turn 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 or 15.

I had to rerun Game 160 Turn 14 again to process the migration files properly. Use this version for your next turn's orders.
