I would also say it's a tad high, but with the new ESO rules- if you took into account getting on and went for a major ESO with HC as part of it. Much more worthwhile.

With the cost to increase influence at 15k, and getting on the HC and issuing an order to raise influence on T1 that's 30k, a pump of 2 to influence after turn 1 which is the only way to do it, which can be very helpful for your emissaries on turn 2 Usurping.
Interesting to me that in some games the High Council can be a critical part of the game with denigrations, raising members influence, etc, and in others it is quiet. This was the more natural way for strangers to form alliances to get things done. It also seems that Skeletons in the Closet are not that big these days, seems like they were back in the day.

Skeletons in the Closet are huge in the Titan games.

So, usually the turn after a Thursday deadline is due the Tuesday after, right? My turn sheet said T2 was due Monday though, so I turned it in for Monday, but are we actually doing Tuesday?

Monday I think. I have not gotten any of my turns yet today or even the one due Saturday. Hmm was liking the fast turn around times there for a bit.

If the fourth day falls on a Saturday or Sunday the turn due date is pushed to Monday. Then four days after Monday the game runs again. Therefore, all regular games will eventually fall on a schedule consisting of Monday and Friday week 1 and only Tuesday week 2. So if a turn is processed on Thursday the next turn is due 4 days later on a Monday. If a turn is processed on Tuesday the next turn is due 4 days later (Saturday, which is pushed to Monday) on a Monday. Hope this helps!

I thought it was Mon & Fri on week 1 and Tue on week two. 6 turns in a 4-week period.
I have a couple games that should come out tonight, but I keep hearing about delays with other games. Lord Diamond
Please do not take any of my comments as a personal insult or as a criticism of the game 'Alamaze', which I very much enjoy. Rather, I hope that my personal insight and unique perspective may, in some way, help make 'Alamaze' more fun, a more successful financial venture, or simply more sustainable as a long-term project. Ah, OK.
Also, are the restrictions on High Priestesses total? i.e. no divining of ANY sort or just no divining of PCs?
When I took a week off to have my older daughter married in Chicago, Cipher was nice enough to run games over that time. But getting back on my schedule, as well as starting 5 games in a week has been a problem. We have 7 games due today and a couple players have bitched why they haven't gotten them by 6pm of that day, even if they just made the noon deadline themselves. I think most players are paying $2 a turn. Like I said, normally you are expected to pay $5 to a doorman to open a hotel door. Other PBM games are charging $10 a turn that haven't changed a thing in 20 years. Am I missing something? I am making less than minimum wage doing this instead of things I used to do, at let's just say, much higher return.
