There seems to be a common thread with posts in several threads about early processing, and I wanted to put up a note with some of my thoughts.

1) I am happy to run a turn early if all the players have submitted orders, I assume that if an order set has been submitted, that player is ready for the game to be run with those orders
2) I would rather see a turn with few/no errors or mistakes than early turn processing, order entry errors/miscalculations/a player realizing they have a better option later are all things I cannot control, but negatively impact the player's enjoyment of the game
3) 2 turns / week (pretty much what is designed) is a quick pace, especially if you are new to the game or in several games and may well lead to more of the issues in 2) above
4) To give everyone a sense of where we are with under 12 hours until the turn deadlines for the 4 indiviual games, there are (as of this post) 35 sets of orders in for the 60 positions involved. I hope this reflects time being taken to double check order format, distances for emissaries and agents taking actions (10 area range), movement orders (validating that each area is next to the last in the movement sequence listed), correct ordering of kingdom/emmies in ward and sleep spells, and other such order entry concerns. Or maybe its mulling different options, projecting resources available over the next couple of turns and what can be done with them, or corresponding with existing or future allies.

In any event, at this point I expect that the Warlords and Titans variants will be the ones that most likely produce turn processing ahead of schedule (BTW - Game 200 processed 2 turns on the same day!). If this is what you're after, round up a challenger or 4 and get that type of game going!

My main point is to be sure you are taking time and care in completing orders and that the general expectation should be that turns will likely run on schedule as opposed to early for the 15 player games.

Games 100, 101, 102 & 103 have all been processed and turns emailed. The email queue is empty on this side, so reports should now have been delivered.
