Well, my dear brother, the battle has now truly begun. Your noble hosts are facing the reptilian horde and my expert legions are across the field from a massive forest of giants. Is there any coordination that you think we should attempt on these open channels?

To villains vanquished and a righteous rule!

Hail Brother!

This battle will be intense, but we do have the upper hand.  I have assassinated many of the GI emissaries (just killed a prince).  I have killed two of his mightiest wizards.  I have moved to engage the BL host and am confident of victory.

Please pressure the GI with as much force as you can muster.  Regional effect spells, take his towns/villages, and assassinate any targets you can (especially agents).  Can you move your host onto his capital this turn?

Greetings Great Bottlenose!

The BL has sided with the GI despite the Giant being the treacherous one attacking me so viciously.  I am hoping that you can aid us in our struggle.  The BL has flooded my region with emissaries opening the way for you and I to take the Southern Sands.

Are you in a position to help?

GI ----> RA

Pray tell us all what attack exactly?  We don't mind the invasion as greed acts as greed commands but it is disingenuous at the least to say that the GI attacked the RA at all.

Yes, brother, I will do all I can to keep pressure on the Giant. Moving my troops to his capital may be a mistake, however, as I could not take it outright without heavy losses and I'm sure a siege would be broken. My generals and I will review the situation. My emissaries and agents have been quite successful and will continue to be quite active.

To victory!

Noble Bottlenose,

Please direct the UN with a common reference you and he know of to the soon to be ex-troll capital. I will declare UN ally this turn so he can move in through the protection of my troops the following turn.

AN - UN
The town after my attack will start at 12k defense and gold. Please let me know how you would like the 15 reconstruction spells spent? 2k D or 2.5k gold per spell. I will go ahead and raise defense by 3k on the turn I take it to keep it starting above two destroy spells. Also if needed I can turn the town neutral for you to make taking ownership easier if needed.

You and I have a NAP and I am content to keep it in effect. I am attacking the Ranger only to honor my alliance with the Giant, who has been viciously attacked. Now

If it makes you feel any better, I assassinated a Ranger duke. Of course, he murdered one of my innocent agents. This adds extra motivation to my fight with him.

Please do not take any of my comments as a personal insult or as a criticism of the game 'Alamaze', which I very much enjoy. Rather, I hope that my personal insight and unique perspective may, in some way, help make 'Alamaze' more fun, a more successful financial venture, or simply more sustainable as a long-term project. Anyone who reads this post should feel completely free to ignore, disregard, scorn, implement, improve, dispute, or otherwise comment upon its content.

Shadow Master,

If you consult your agent manifest, and see where your agent Hell's Answer was based in the 16th month of the current struggle, your new stronghold will be three north and ten west of that location.

Dear Lothaedus,

As I mentioned previously (in the midst of a flurry of other messages), long before the current unpleasantness, the Black Dragons and I sealed a non-aggression pact through and including the end of winter [i.e. end-of-T31]. I must of course remain true to my word on that. As always, you have all my best.

Ancient One,

My preference would be for the first six spells to improve defense and the remaining spells improve gold production.  With your declaration of alliance I will not need any further assistance to take the town.  I am moving an emissary into range this month, and he will arrive at the town in question the following month.  A pleasure doing business!

Dread, Silent Lord,

I have also taken the northeastern-most Northern Mists town. I will IMMEDIATELY let you know if any of the four towns I own in your region turn neutral or enemy-controlled, should you then wish to destroy them (and hopefully kill the enemy emissary).

Again, if you wish to reassert your rights at any time, I certainly will not oppose you. And I am still unable to account for the town at GQ and all of the villages... and so unless you own them, I suspect they are owned by either the Trolls or the Dwarves.

Finally, I have commenced action in certain portions of Northern Runnimede (formerly known as the Talking Mountains), and so if you would be so kind, I would humbly request that you refrain from destroying population centers there, at least for the moment.

Hail large friend! Thanks for the cash contribution, although oddly I really don't need much at the moment. I've been having too much fun blowing things up to burn through much cash and have quite a stockpile. Let me know if you need any particular support in your fight against the Ranger. I'm currently fully engaged in Amberland and the Talking Mountains, of course, but if you need something in particular be sure to let me know and I'll see what I can do. And if you can use the cash let me know and I'll send it back to you.

WA -> GN

It appears that our assault on the Mountains (Northern Runimede) is making progress. I currently hold a couple of towns in the NE section, but the Dwarf will probably take them back slowly. 1DW is still campaigning in Amberland and is currently quite far away from N. Runimede at OM. It would probably be to our advantage to communicate with each other more of what we know since the Dwarf is quite aware of the situation already. Let me know if that makes sense and if does we can share more details.
