New 5 on 5 Team Game
#81
Region 6 was alone in his region in the last 5 vs. 5 but that was the last region to fall for our team to claim victory. If the opponents send two to take out the loner, then they are vulnerable somewhere also. The region 6 alone-ness in the last battle was not really a factor in our win. The keys were coordination and speed. Don't worry about trying to exactly balance the teams; that will not be the determinant (unless teams are chosen just to prove me wrong Smile. Pick east/west, even/odd, whatever, and go kick butt. With 7 chivalry players and 2 experienced captains (and Canticar in there somewhere), this is as much about learning as it is about winning.

If we do odd and even regions I'm not certain of where the concern is coming from. One region, 10, is bordered by one enemy. Three regions are bordered by at least 2 enemies. Some are bordered by 3 enemies and one region, 5, is bordered by four enemies. Neither side has a grouping.

Procedure:

I conducted this using a random-number generated matrix on a graphing calculator to keep the integrity of this draft. I first assigned all players a number (1-10), then assigned all of the numbers with a randomly generated letter to represent kingdoms (A-J), and then assigned teams using greek numerals I & II.

Team I is as follows:

Atuan
Avantar
Ohman the Heartless
Wayde
Wookie Panz

Team II:

Imperial_Tark
RELLGAR
JonDoe
Titus
Canticar

I sent the rest of the relevant information on my email to support to create the game. Good luck!

If a player should get a position they have recently played could they swap with a member of the same team for one they have not played before?  Or is it just play with whatever you are dealt?
