Review of The Choosing Kingdom Balance
#71
I have no experience with the SA, but yes their problems are similar to the problems for the AM. You need a way to not be brutalized by the mage kingdoms and you have no agents to do so partially due to being devout and partial due to the new dire wolf ability. Being able to use your devout trait in some way to counter domes or summon death would go a long ways towards levelizing the playing field.

Less than 10% difference between 1st and 5th.  I remember the competitors, that never had mote than 8 ever win, and 12 or so always stuck at the bottom.  Yes, I am looking at you Earthwood and Hyborian War.

We will be looking forward to a Jan 1 mod to new Choosing games.

Then I believe we will look to a new map and some rule refinements and a few new kingdoms in the new Maelstrom.  Early 2017.

In Fall of Rome we offered up to three personas.  What do you think about that?

I think something that makes the SACRED Order the most devout of devout  kingdom's;  to accomplish this, some additional priestess abilities only the SA gets, example : half cost on priestess abilities,  or additional range or new abilities,  give them high priestess . Also a companion that requires an elite to recruit to help with the mid and end game.  Something like a Paladin brigade. A great unit that give you additional cumilitive magic resistance for the group.  Some idea's for Rick to think about.
