Would you be interested in trading your town in Synisvania to me? I would pay you five months worth of production (food converted to gold on a 3/1 basis) for it, or any other reasonable proposal you might prefer.
I will not take it without your consent, of course.
If you would like, I would also include a non-aggression pact for any reasonable length of time, along with the trade, just let me know.

Tremendous Majesty,
For your budgeting purposes, please note that this month, for the city, town, and village I took directly from you, I will be sending you 5,000 food and 26,000 gold (I am rounding up) via unilateral transfer.
The three months after that, I will be sending you 0 food (there would technically be a negative balance, but I will absorb that) and 13,000 gold to reflect reduced summer production.
Then back to 5,000 food and 26,000 gold for the nine months thereafter.

I do have a prisoner to swap with you for the four you hold. I will issue all 5 orders this day for 1 gold each. Locations of my remaining PCs are: 5N,3W 2N,1W and 3N,4W from 4RA. I would prefer to have location of 4RA back as a PC since I have invested in it. Preference for other PCs would be in water and marsh terrain for better defense of what little I will have, but at your discretion. Would not mind purchasing back the Artifact that you acquired from me since its use will be about all that I'll be good for during my remaining days.

Yes, per your request, let us designate the location of 4RA as one pop center, and then the locations 4N 2E, and 2N 2E, which also fit within your general parameters. I believe that should get you to Substantial, but please let me know if you fall short, and we will find another way.
I am very open to trading you the artifact you describe, although I would request a comparable artifact with similar status with the peasants (of truly any type). And we should do it next month, as this month is already full of trade orders that have already made other Kingdom priorities a challenge.

OOC PS: I think this goes without saying, but just to be clear, I'm enjoying the RP aspects but I'm also assuming this peace deal will hold true even after the return of Queen Alexis to the Ranger throne. Please let me know if you have any other view, because in any such case we would NOT have a deal. Thanks!
