You are right. You need to be careful about what you disclose. But it is fun to recap specific events during a contest if it does not hurt your position.

I think there is a fine line to what RyVor is suggesting. Because really even updates other than posting common information everyone in the game knows is in itself a form of communication. Say someone says well they got the best of me I will loose my region in a few turns. You are not asking for help but could be if the person taking the region is gaining there 3rd or 4th region.
