Hmm, based my strategy on the LY documentation but maybe I misunderstood something. Pretty clearly says we pick up a brigade when we hit a town and two when we hit a city. So, I hit the town and appropriately was granted an infected brigade. Then I built up and hit the city, but no infections occurred. I know we did something about emissaries to make that a percentage chance, but I thought the town/city thing was straightforward and to be counted on. Is that incorrect?
Not sure if Support is active yet, so am posting this here.

Quick update loaded on server today:
Lycan kingdom now has a 33% chance of infecting opposing entities (troops, emissaries, agents) with lycanthrope to join their kingdom. Was previously 100%.

Order entry website now allows the Deathknight special ability to summon fallen angels on any pop center. Note: you may need to clear browser cache to pick up this fix.
Thanks. I sort of remember that change, but thought it was limited to player encounters, not the default brigades for towns and cities. Ok, will move on.
