Drogo, I would like to get a game going. You started this thread but we lost a couple of players already. Personally, I don’t care what type of game, I just want a game, but could we do a vote on at least an ice age game to maybe get others to join the que?

I won't play a draft 'B' game ever again. I'm okay with being able to draft dispersed kingdoms, though.

silent/anon. I want everyone to have there own region but like dispersed to be available. If a draft master is available then I am fine with Anon. No draft master then Silent with forum draft.

For Draft I would propose. Random draft order. We each pick a kingdom and region when our turn comes. If dispersed you must pick a region where your capital could start. Then you must try to get that region first. So dispersed has a risk but available. RD is exception they can claim amberland if they want. Once a region is taken another kingdom cannot select it.
