I'm starting to take this personally
![]() I would be happy to play this as an individual game instead if people prefer, that's actually what I thought it would be when I signed up.

No, this will be the Mini-Magic game it started as: two teams of three kingdoms. I like this format as perhaps a new kind of Primeval that melds that concept with Jumpingfists idea of 1 mentor for 2 kingdoms, yet again can be played as an experienced game with lots of territory per kingdom.
Lets get the two Western kingdoms filled (TR and GN) and this may become its own format. BTW, as we move to automating Alamaze processing, we will need to settle on just several, rather than unilimited formats. At present we still have a GM setting up every game, but this is expensive and reduces comparability. So this may become the new Primeval, for example.

I love this new Primeval setup. Seems reasonably balanced and the E v. W theme is good, too.
In terms of formats, how about: Primeval (E v. W) Steel (15 player traditional) Magic/Warlords (4 teams of 3 Kingdoms each: EL-GI-RA DA-BL-SO DE-WI-TR AN(starting in R7)-RD-WA(moved to R8)) (Rationale: each team has a 565 military power, a political power, and a magic power (or in the case of EL-GI-RA, two balanced magic powers plus better overall military and very good politics), each team is contesting for one region, and there is a pretty even split of southern regions.) Titan (good v. evil, EL-DW-WA-RA-AN-GI v. DA-GN-WI-TR-DE-BL) Not sure if drafting would mean GM attention just at the beginning, or if it would complicate the entire game or program. If the latter, yeah, totally not worth it. If the former, maybe still allow it, but at a heightened (perhaps even dramatically so) setup cost.

I remember uncle mike saying something about placing kingdoms in and out of games would be very easy in his new S/W. That should help allow for a draft but may still require the style be set like 3 vs 3 or 12 kingdoms. Not really sure but I would love to even have the draft automated if possible. I really think warlords and magic without the draft is much less interesting.

Really?? If so, that would be awesome! Drafting is my favorite part of Warlords and Titan games, as I've mentioned in the past. And a customizable game experience is a big plus, and seems to be the direction in which gaming in general is moving.
But I suppose it does come down to the software and system...

Lord Alz (new player) has claimed the Troll.
We just need a Gnome King.
