If the RD didn't have that Phoenix brigade, it would have been wiped out. The GI group had a Cyclops ... on turn 3. Yikes!

Thank you, trade is in. My governor said he could fly 8 squares, but could  not.

Same thing happened in my RD turn. I had three agent orders fail when the movement changed from 9 to 7 between turns.
