Probably easiest to go with what was originally proposed on the thread (Silent Steel) with only minor variations instead of anything radical (ie Ice Age, Pagan)
So : fixed or random cities? exploratory or not? Extra orders or no? That would seem to be the best way to get this going quickly.

Silent only means you know who is playing. But still no communication.
I am out as well. I do not like draft B. It creates open regions and other regions start with two kingdoms for 10 players I am not cool with that. Also some players wanted ice age but no vote was had
