regarding the Halfings. Another way to increase them would be to increase the % chance past max. For example make lvl4 75%, lv5 50% and lvl6 25%

The HA should have huge loads of gold, and while the 75% chance would be great it limits the potential to achieve high level wizards.

Right now isn't the limit level 3 with a 50% at level 4?

Its 50% with no limit on mages right? I defer to someone with more knowledge but I know you can do at least 2 no issues.

I think it's 50% and the 25%. The Witchlord in 2nd Cycle had a P12, so it is possible. I imagine he had the Stone of All Minds though.

To my knowledge when I last referenced the rule book it works at a 50% decrease each time. So if the HA has a assured power level 3, getting to P4 would be 50%, P5 would be 25%, P6 = 12.5%, P7 = 6.25% and so on

Halfling has an assured power level om only 3? I have not seen their setup but that sounds very low.

I think that is all of them. CI,DW, SA, BL, RD, TY, DA, NO, GN, HA, RA all do not. I dont remember on LI or EL but I dont think they do. |
