From my observations on the 22 or so Titan games, experience overall, and especially in Titan games is the most important thing.
For example, Titan games rarely go to the point kingdoms are collecting ESO's. Its amazing what six coordinated kingdoms can do and quickly. Developing kingdoms are rarely chosen early.
