Rellgar, I strongly recommend you reconsider in order to have a chance at an interesting Duel. The strengths of the Atlantians don't exist on Centauria: Sea power, ease to get on High Council, others. Against Cimmerians, I suggest something more like the Red Dragons, Amazons, Rangers.

Have your Fire Drakes move swiftly and uncover all the territory you can. Activate your inactive groups as a patrol to gain 8 more reconned for PC areas. Consider your city strategy.
