I call a spade a spade. Or a halfling a midget. It's not a dig; they're just, well, midgets. It's like calling an Amazon an "unshaven wench with a wiener complex". Not an insult; just a fact.

If I had to pick between being more sad when Amazons bounced off my town walls or when Elves did... I regretted the loss of Elven lives more. Theirs are a noble people that the Rangers can truly appreciate. Yours are bent on over-compensatory thuggery. Plus the EL and I wear the same size tights. Your thighs are too big.

I'll match your offer of sammiches to Frodo and Co, as well some dance lessons for the Elf, though our terms are much simpler. They stop their attempts at hostility. They weren't built for it and it doesn't suit their temperament at all. Then we can all go hang out at your seaside resort. It'll be fun!

I am a bit disappointed with that’s leader embarrassing performance at that silly town, so we have offered her a second chance and if she still is unable to pull it off we execute her, its simple and discourages failure.
As for your unflattering remarks about our thighs, it’s not our fault you and the elves skip leg day!
And I do not want your bodies littering my front lawn with your scaling ladders and dead bodies..... on second thought I could use the fertilizer come on over!

Lord Ranger,

I am grateful for the lack of recording devices in your former capital. The knowledge Elves and Wood Elves were arrayed for a glorious battle. Due to inexperience, our Minotaurs decided to charge the walls early and in doing so, they Trample both Elves and Wood Elves alike. I must say that this invasion has been more a comedy of errors and less the glorious campaign it set out to be. What is worse, our carrier pigeons delivering orders seem to have gotten into the littles people’s ale and alas, messages get crossed and movements wasted.

It appears I will have to contend myself with removing your ownership of this region before I consider taking that city with its beautiful defense.

I congratulate you on your efficiency, courtesy, and graciousness in our bumbling attempts to invade. I assure you that issues have been addressed, troops have been brought in line, and our people stand ready to complete our conquest.

My only concern is timing. Will we wrestle this region from you before the IL/AM complete their conquest of the realm. Last I heard, they had their sights set on not just Alamaze, but Europe, the Americas, and even Mars if rumors are to be believed. I don’t doubt the power of the mystical Illusionists, and when paired with those Amazonian warriors, I fear our efforts may be for naught.

The IL/AM team launched their attack at roughly the same time as we Elves and little people. Unfortunately, we have tripped over ourselves while they have had great success.

We will hold our heads high and turn the tide while we have both life and time. We wish you the best.

My Elvish (Elven, Elfin?) is a bit rusty. Does this mean you're not joining us at the Stormgate Party?

To recap what I'm hearing, it sounds like you want to continue to play in Nyvaria and I need to actually get serious about its defenses, and that while concerned about the IL/AM team you are choosing to ignore them. Does that properly summarize it?

I would say your description is accurate. I also agree that your words of us showing up at the same time seems appropriate as well. They most likely attacked while we merely stumbled around your walls like a bunch of drunken sailors.

Yes, I am enjoying Nyvaria and intend to insist that the Elven banner will soon fly over this region. As too the Illusionist and the Amazons, I believe they are headed to domination and won’t offer them another NAP, but currently are in no position to be a threat to them.

If they have not achieved victory soon, then we may decide to play a part in hindering their advances. If you and the Druid are not up to the task of preventing their acquisitions of your regions, then the rest of us are doomed.
