I asked him to remove the other three kingdoms and to set each team to ALLIED with one another.

LT, as you move forward, I'd be curious as to your thoughts on removing the three neutrals entirely vs. having them in the game. Right now, in our game, where the neutrals are seeded but inactive, I'm not entirely sure how I feel about it. No strong feelings, I guess.

I like having the neutrals seeded but inactive. Adds an strategic element you need to address when working to take a region.
