Since the DE's Demon Princes are now immortal, there is no longer need for this artifact. I would pose that it should be removed because it no longer has purpose except for the 10 points to the agent's success rate for normal assasinations.

I wouldn't ban it. There are too few good covert artifacts as it is. Maybe change it? Lycan Bane? Giant Bane?

Would we also include the Ancient Annihilator, since the Counsels are also immortal?
