Wizard Artifacts Transfer Question

Hey All.

If I want to transfer a wizard artifact to another wizard in the same group- is there any way to do it besides order 910 and using an agent? Seems kind of silly that would be the only way when you could walk to the next door tent and say "Hey, Give me that Artifact". Seems like I could use 701 but not sure how that would work. Wizard artifacts default to the highest ranking wizard but I want to give to another.

I'm actually not sure you CAN give it to any Wizard in the group except the highest-ranking one.

Highest ranking wizard if tied alphabetical. I believe same for leaders.
