When an article is posted from the creator you hope it is a factual account of how it really works. Is the chance to succeed and be caught the same for when stealing from a kingdom?

I'm not asking for game breaking math, just a hint at where to start.

TDO stole an artifact from the wild on the last turn of game 105. Maybe he will comment on that.

Can't say for certain, but I seem to recall reading somewhere that stealing from the wild was made more difficult in 2nd cycle so articles written about 1st cycle may not apply to the current games.

But isn't that how Bilbo gets the ring? And what about the Arkenstone?

Seems like my agents die all the time. They might as well die while trying to get an artifact instead of kidnap an envoy.
