Test for the Gift - % Success?

What is the approximate chance for success when a Noble Maiden undertakes the "Test for the Gift"?

Knowing this would likely affect strategy.  For example, if it's 90%, maybe you risk just hiring 1 Noble Maiden, but if the success rate is =<50%, maybe you hire a couple.

Simply going off my own success rate over many games, I'd guestimate it at around an 80-85% chance of success.
