Will we see a ranger in LDs future

Sorry for not responding to this thread earlier but I've been busy of late. I'll try to answer all of the concerns with this one post:

Agents must have the Key to be able to steal the corresponding Quest artifact from the wild. Be careful though, those are the toughest encounters to deal with either by group or agent.

If you increase the food or gold production of a pc (by order 600 or spell), it increases the normal production values of the pc. If seasonal effects occur then they are added/subtracted from the normal production rate (with some rounding). So if you place the Plow of the Prophet on the pc, it'll triple the food production after the seasonal effect adjustment was calculated so the benefit won't be as much as when the seasonal effect passes.

For Altar of the Holy Ancients, place the artifact at a pc if you have more than one priestess (or Ancient Ones consul) to protect otherwise give it to a single figure for a greater reduction of death. The Oracle of the Old Gods doesn't provide any protection against dying as some have mistakenly posted since the artifact has different powers.

The Oracle of the Old Gods may be possessed by any entity (emissary, pc, group) in order to use its special divination orders 791 and 794 to divine things safely (no chance of dying for the possessor and the artifact won't self-destruct).

BTW, if you ever need to lookup an artifact description for some reason, you could always cast the wizard spell 796-Learn Artifact Power.

But I have to say, I tried to use 791 several times and each time the order entry form did not recognize it and actually stated it was an invalid order.  Is there anyway to confirm if it does work without wasting an order?

The Oracle of the Old Gods is such a new artifact that the order checker program didn't even have code for it yet. I just added it this morning so you should be all set.
