Questions about upgrade. How to do it?

Who do i write to to change my service level? I ask because i wrote to support@alamaze.co, however, I just got my invoice and it is still scout (wanted to upgrade to warrior). Should I be writing to signup@alamaze.co ?


Also how soon after we get the invoice do we have to pay it? Will it affect the processing of our turns? My turn for game 148 processes tomorrow morning and I want to make sure it goes through, even though I hope not to pay my scout service level as I want to get upgraded to warrior before paying, so i can start my second game right away.

anyone know?

Rick's normally pretty flexible on this. I'd drop a line to both signup and support to let them know you want to bump service levels, and pop 148 in as per usual. I know he's worked with me in the past on billing stuff when there was some confusion.
