I was just thinking about this new ESO system, and I wanted to talk about something.
In the past, when Rick et al made our ESOs, sometimes there was a reference to the natural enemies--say, having the Darkelf have greater influence than the Elven. This could simply be a minor quality in either the Political or the Development categories.
I just want to have greater choice availability to help players make less painful choices.
